Collagen-Infused Blackberry Brownies

Anti-aging brownies? It sounds too good to be true. But that’s exactly what you get with these collagen-infused blackberry brownies!

The sweetness comes from the blackberries, cacao, and chocolate chips. But the power lies in Paleovalley Bone Broth Protein Powder

The natural collagen in bone broth has been shown in scientific studies to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and other visible signs of aging! (1)(2)

There are a lot of collagen products on the market, but a lot of them are processed with harsh chemicals, or use the hides of animals instead of the bones.

That’s why I love Paleovalley Bone Broth Protein Powder. They use bones from 100% grass-fed and finished cows, meaning they are free of antibiotics, hormones or other harmful ingredients.

Their processing is as simple as it gets. All it takes is bones, water, and time. That’s it!

Plus, it’s practically tasteless. Meaning you won’t even know you’re getting a healthy dose of anti-aging collagen until someone tells you you’re glowing!

  • ½ cup coconut sugar

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cacao powder

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • pinch of sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted and cooled

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon pure organic vanilla extract

  • ½ cup chocolate chips, divided

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries, divided

  • Shredded coconut to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a medium sized bowl, whisk the eggs, then add in cooled coconut oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla. Mix together well. In a separate bowl, mix together Paleovalley Bone Broth Protein Powder, cacao powder, almond flower, sea salt, and baking soda.

Step 3: Cook for 20-25 min. Let cool for 10 min, then slice and top with the remaining blackberries and a dash of shredded coconut. Enjoy!
