About Coach Micki
Micki Contini MS, CNC is a Board-Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Integrative Nutrition Educator, Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, ‘Your Menopause Type’ Practitioner, and a Toxic Mold Detox and Recovery Coach. She also holds a Master of Science in Holistic Health and Nutrition and lives in New Jersey. She is our main coach for private lab consultations and case reviews.
Her interest in holistic health began over 20 years ago when she had to fix many of her own health problems after countless conventional doctors failed to give her solutions. She’s battled thyroid cancer, weight issues, sugar addiction, emotional eating, hormonal imbalance, gut/digestive dysfunction, depression and anxiety, and impaired detoxification.
In the last few years, her world was turned upside down by toxic mold. At one point, sick and bedridden for months, she was sure she was dying. She became a mold expert out of necessity; to save herself and her family. She’s been on a long-term recovery and detoxification protocol to resolve the debilitating fatigue, anxiety, brain fog and many other mysterious symptoms caused by mycotoxin illness, also called CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) and recently renamed Environmentally Acquired Illness.
She now specializes in mold recovery, menopause management, healthy weight loss, emotional eating resolution, natural hormone balancing, detoxification, successful aging, and disease management and prevention strategies.
Micki’s goal is to help you recover as easily and as quickly as possible using customized functional medicine protocols. Her passion is helping YOU take back your health.
Micki has helped hundreds of clients improve and, in many cases, reverse their health problems. First, she finds the root cause. Then, she strengthens the body by building strong foundations. She uses dialed-in nutrition, stress-reduction therapies, restful sleep strategies, appropriate exercise, and personalized detoxification.
