What few people will dare to tell you about Endometriosis...

Endometriosis Expert Melissa reveals….

It is scary to think that 1 in 10 Women have Endometriosis and what is even more scary about it, is to consider that many of these women are poorly informed about their choice in managing the condition.

I have worked and connected with women who suffer with Endometriosis for over 5 years and I can tell you that in many cases, their story is far from pretty. Many go through years of hormone treatments, surgeries and pain-killers and are ultimately left with poor bone health, poor immune function and a body that is even more out of balance, than when they first found out they had Endometriosis.

What few people will dare to tell you about Endometriosis and the treatments being used for it, is how these treatments ultimately affect our health.

One of the most common forms of “treatment” is to use the contraceptive pill.

Many women still believe that it is just a pill and that it isn’t harmful because it is a “mini pill”. The contraceptive pill alters our natural hormone production but also has many subsequent results from taking it. The key thing it does, is affect nutrient absorption as it alters the PH of the bowel.

Women therefore experience several nutrient deficiencies including deficiencies in magnesium, zinc, folic acid, B Vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin A and selenium. What is ironic is that many of these exact same minerals are greatly needed when effectively managing Endometriosis.

More extreme treatments options out there include Danazol, Lupron and other gonadotropin releasing hormone agonists. These drugs interfere with bone health and will have an affect on your long-term health. Danazol has been shown to cause birth defects if a woman becomes pregnant. Lupron has left woman completely paralyzed. You can read about the dangers of these treatments in a free PDF Download I am sharing with you.

There is good news though….

Endometriosis can be managed effectively with a holistic approach. When we really understand Endometriosis better and what ultimately triggers more growths and go beyond hormone imbalances, we can successfully manage the condition, without the intervention of hormone treatments or surgery.

After having suffered personally with Endometriosis for over 15 years, I now live a life that is completely pain and symptom free. I have done this by using a holistic approach, which I call the REACH Technique©. It encompasses everything I have learned and allows women from around the world to successfully manage Endometriosis.

You can join the online program, Endo Wellness Technique, which guides you through it, one step at a time with guidance and support.
